Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles

Refund eligibility depends on product type, fulfillment status, and applicable U.S. consumer law. Certain digital services become non-refundable once access credentials or activation have been delivered, except where mandatory law states otherwise.

2. Request Window

  • Standard subscription orders: request within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Enterprise/custom setups: governed by signed MSA/SOW terms.
  • Fraud-related or unauthorized charges: report promptly through support and your payment provider.

3. Partial Refunds

Where a subscription was partially consumed, a prorated or reduced refund may apply. Processing fees imposed by payment processors may be non-refundable when legally permitted.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger retroactive refunds for already billed periods.

5. Rewards and Reversals

  • Any points credited for refunded transactions are automatically reversed.
  • If redeemed points relate to a refunded transaction, equivalent value may be deducted from available balance.
  • Accounts with repeated refund abuse may be restricted.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage contacting support before filing a chargeback. Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, points forfeiture, and enhanced verification requirements.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on card network and issuer timelines.
